For Urgent Order Changes
For urgent changes (before dispatch), please provide the following via WhatsApp:
- Order number
- Name & phone number
- Requested change (e.g., new address)
We’ll do our best to intercept before the parcel is handed to the courier. Once shipped, reroute fees may apply.
Common Requests
- Where is my order? Check your email/SMS for the tracking link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
- Damaged / missing items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, packaging, labels, and shipping label.
- Product advice: Tell us your pet’s age, weight, and any sensitivities—our team will suggest safe options.
